Ok for some dumb reason geocities wouldn't let me continue type anymore on the first page, so I had to continue the fan fic here. Meggie has just drifted off to sleep from the anesthesia and is being wheeled into surgery

 Ross begins pacing back and forth, he finally sits down in a chair and nervously begins to thumb thru a magazine

 MONICA: Ross, I have to tell you something

 ROSS: Mon, whatever it is, it can wait

 MONICA: No it can't, that's Lindsays heart in there

 ROSS:(puzzled look on his face)huh??

 MONICA: God this isn't how I wanted to tell you(gets down on her knees in front of Ross's chair and looks into his eyes)Ross, earlier this afternoon Lindsay was riding her bike, she was hit by a car. Her injuries were very severe and she didn't survive-Rachel asked if her heart could be given to Meggie

 ROSS: (look of absolute shock on his face) what, when, when, why, I mean, why

 MONICA: Ross, calm down, take a deep breath

 ROSS: Calm down, calm down? My baby girl is having critical surgery and I find out that the heart that is saving her life is her best friends. The daughter of my first love, the women who once meant more to me than anything in the world. The women who I have treated like crap for years-just because she would't come to my wedding; and let's face it, the only good thing that ever came out of that marriage was Meggie

 MONICA: I'm sorry, Ross

 ROSS: Where is Rachel?

 MONICA: She's in the Pediatric ICU waiting room

 ROSS: I have to see her(leaves to go find her)

 (Rachel is sitting in a chair in the waiting room with tears running down her face. Ross approaches and puts his arms around her

 ROSS: Rachel, Monica just told me, I'm so sorry(brief pause) about everything

 RACHEL: Oh Ross-she's dead, my baby girl is dead, the one person in the world who really cared about me and she's gone(begins sobbing uncontrollably)

 ROSS: (puts his arms around her and she puts her head on his chest as he begins to stroke her hair and rub her back)I'm so sorry you have to go thru this but don't ever think that no one cares about you. So many people love you like Monica and Chandler, and Joey, Pheebs, all the Kids and me

 RACHEL:(looks up at Ross)you?

 ROSS: Yes me, I never should have gotten so upset about your not coming to my wedding, I should have understood that you couldn't get off of work

 RACHEL: Since we're being honest I could have gone if i'd wanted to. I just couldn't stand the thought of you and Lizzie together when I was still in love with you

 ROSS: Rach, it doesn't matter I'm just sorry I wasted so much time being upset over something so dumb, and I hope we can get our friendship back(they exchange one of the famous Ross and Rachel glances)

 6 months later

 We see what is obviously a wedding being held at a beach next to the ocean, the color scheme is Lilac, white and silver. Ross and Rachel are standing next to each other reciting their vows, Meggie is standing off to the side holding a basket of flowers

 ROSS: From the moment I first laid eyes on you, I knew I had found the love of my life. It wasnt' just your beauty or your zest for life, it was a combo of all those things but also so much more. Like the way you laugh, the way your eyes light up when you talk about shopping and how much you care for your friends. We have been through so much, so many ups and downs and now finally my dream is coming true. No words can adequetly express how happy I feel right now. Rachel, I promise you that I that will love you with all of my heart for the rest of our lives

 RACHEL: They say when you find the one you are meant to be with you'll know it. I have to say I agree. Ross, you havent just been the love of my life you've also been my best friend. You've been there for the good times and the bad. You've laughed with me and you've cried with me and you helped me through the hardest time of my life and I will always be thankful to you. I thank God every day for bringing you into my life. Yes we've had hard times but our friendship and love has always prevailed, and I know it's just going to get better as time goes by

 (they exchange rings)

 MINISTER/PRIEST/HOLY PERSON: I now pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss the bride(they kiss as everyone applauds)

 14 months later. Rachel is in a hospital bed holding a baby girl. Ross is sitting beside her and everyone else is gathered around the bed

 MONICA: Oh she is so beautiful, just look at those cute little fingers and cute little toes

 NATHAN:(whispers to Natalie) uh oh, Moms goin baby psycho again

 PHOEBEE: So what's her name

 RACHEL: Well we wanted to pick a name to fully express how happy we feel and to show how thankful we are for each other and for all of you(begins to tear up as Monica and Phoebee both hug her)

 ROSS: So we chose the name Hope Faith Geller, because with everything that has happenened over the past year we've had to have both hope and faith and that is what has helped us thru the hard times

 RACHEL: after Lindsay died I didn't think i'd ever be happy again. But I had to hope that things would get better, and knowing that a part of her will always be with us gives me the faith to belive in second changes.

 PHOEBEE: Oh that is so beautiful

 (everyone continues admiring baby Hope)
